The Brewer's Tale

Heritage

The Brewery

Molson was founded by John Molson on the St Lawrence riverbank in Montreal in 1786 — North America's oldest brewery still in operation.

The Molson Canadian lager itself launched in 1959; the company is now part of Molson Coors.

The Pour

A pale North American lager: bright gold, light-bodied, with soft grainy sweetness and a clean, crisp, undemanding finish. Best served very cold.

The Old House

From a single Montreal brewhouse in 1786, Molson grew into a Canadian institution — seven generations of family brewing before the modern Molson Coors era.

At The Table

A hockey-night staple: burgers, wings, poutine and anything off the barbecue.
