Sarbast — Uzbek for ‘free’ — was launched in Tashkent in 2007 by Carlsberg's local operation, UzCarlsberg, built to bring European brewing standards to Central Asia.
The Pour
A European-style pale lager brewed with imported malt, German hops and local artesian water: bright gold, lightly sweet malt, soft floral hops and a clean, dry finish.
